Passed away peacefully aged 43 surrounded by love on Friday 26th January 2024.

A much-loved mother to Matthew, Jack, and Ryan.

Dearly loved daughter of Jack Hoogeveen and Mary Forrest.

Loved Sister, Sister-in-law, Aunty, and dear friend to many.

A memorial service will be held at Ascot Park Hotel on Sunday 18th of February, commencing at 10 am.

In place of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Southland and may be left at the service.
