Hauroko - Howling of the Wind. Welcome to the Clifden treasure. Our school aims to provide our children with a well balanced curriculum and opportunities for understanding the world around them. Our core learning areas are Literacy and Mathematics/Statistics. We then incorporate an integrated approach to ensure full coverage of the NZ Curriculum. With the Takitimu Mountains in sight, this unique place provides us with plenty of education outside the classroom. Our staff and community work together for the benefit of the children and to ensure an optimal learning environment.
