Peacefully at home with family by his side, on Thursday, 23 June, 2022.

Aged 82 years.

Son of the late Jim and Mavis.

Brother of the late Jennifer.

Loved and adored father and father-in-law of Jacqui, Terry and Kim, Chris and Neroli, Shelley.

Good friend and wife Pat.

Loved G’ Dad of Sarah, Thomas, James, Madison, and GG Dad of Baylee, Saidee, Skylar and Alyssa.

A service to celebrate Herb’s life will be held at the Esplin Room, Gore Town and Country Club, 2 Bury Street, Gore, on Thursday, 30 June, at 1.30pm, so everyone can have half a day off work (Herb’s instructions), followed by private cremation.

Donations can be made for Southland Hospice at the service.
