Passed peacefully at Windsor Park Gore after a long battle with his health with Chrissy beside him.

Beloved son to the late George and Dorothy Dean.

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

A private service for Russell has been held at Macdonald & Weston Funeral Home, Invercargill.

The family wish to thank the staff at Southland Hospital and Windsor Park for their care over the last few weeks and for his health team over the last few years.

Special thanks to Gladys for her patience and friendship.

Russell is now at peace and we will miss him dearly.
