Aged 76 years.

Dearly loved husband of Annette.

Loved stepdad to Aaron, and Tony Newman.

Much loved grandad of Rakarna, and twins, Rhiannon, and Braedon.

Brother and brother-in-law of Alan and Glenys Cooper, Anne and Robbie Jones, Ronald* Cooper, and Adrian Lillicrapp.

Loved son of Dorrie* and Andy* Cooper.

Special uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Missed by his special mate, Maddy.

A service to celebrate Athol's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Tuesday, September 19, at 2.00pm; the service will conclude with the interment at the Eastern Cemetery.
