It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ivan on Tuesday, 5 September 2023.

Aged 81 years.

Ivan is the dearly loved husband of Lyn, and father of Mark and Sarah, and Lyndon.

He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Brayden and Shanna, Ethan, Brittany, Bridget, and Evelyn, and his great-grandchild, Xavier.

Ivan was a much-loved brother of Earland* and Marlene, Helen, Janie and Wilf.

Ivan was a treasured brother-in-law of the Shefford Family, Ian and Lynda*, Jim and Evelyn, Dick and Laura, Norma & Donald, Heather and Geoff, Ken & Faye, John and Anita, Peter and Sue, Dianne* and Barry. 

He will always be remembered as the thoughtful and kind uncle by his nieces and nephews.

Ivan’s family would like to thank the staff at Southland Hospital for their care of Ivan.

A Funeral Service will be on Sunday 10 September at 1.00pm in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill.
