Peacefully at home after her 16-year battle with a very rare condition.

Cherished daughter of Alastair and Lisa.

An adored sister and sister-in-law of Cameron, and Emma and Sabin.

Cherished granddaughter of Wendy and David and a loved niece of Sheryl and Andrew, Glen and Meegan, and Keri and Anthony.

A loved cousin of Nicole, Adele, Hayley, and Lillian.

Hannah is now with family and friends who have gone before, Nana J, Grandad Bruce, Nana, Poppa, Steph, and Ruby.

Hannah’s family would like to thank the staff of Hospice Southland for their wonderful care of Hannah for the last two years.

A service to celebrate Hannah’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Tuesday, 24th February at 1:30pm.
