Who are we? We are Rob and Jane, two photographers who set up Canvart with one aim in mind:

Affordable Quality

A few years ago we fell in love with printing our photographs on canvas, but found that the process was too expensive elsewhere.

So we bought our first printer and started to print and mount our own work.

People loved the results so much that they asked if we could also print their photos- and Canvart was born!

Stretched Canvas Prints

This is a great way to transform your photograph into something really stylish!

With this option, we print your photograph onto canvas using the latest technology, coupled with high quality ink and canvas, then laminating for added durability.

Canvases are stretched from 24mm, 32mm or up to 40mm deep frames as preferred.

We can create your stretched canvas masterpiece in a number of sizes, ranging from a small 130 x 130mm to 1m x 1m, or larger if required.

The maximum width that we can do is 1m, but we can go longer than 1m if need be. We have done prints up to 1 x 2 metres!

Montages

We call them montages, you may know them as a collage or a story board- but it is basically a collection of photos arranged on one canvas.

The good news is that the montage can be completely individualised (size/number of photos/background) to suit you and your décor.

Montages are a great cost effective way to remember an awesome holiday, or to display all of your favourite wedding photos.

They make a great, personal gift for someone and are an excellent option if you have a collection of lower quality photos that can’t be enlarged very much.

We can add text to the montage too, so can record names and dates on the canvas if they are significant.

Fixed Photographs

The advent of digital photography has been great.

While over/under exposed photographs was a common problem with traditional cameras, this can still happen today with digi cams.

Digital photography has also introduced new factors that can affect the look of your photograph, specifically white balance and colour casts.

Do not despair however.... these types of problems left in the capable hands of Canvart are no problem at all.

Most of the time we will identify and remedy these free of charge with your order.

Digital Enhancements and Fixes

At Canvart, we have extensive experience enhancing and improving digital photographs.

From adjusting colour, to removing blemishes and dates, to blurring out unwanted backgrounds.

If you have a photograph that needs some work, then let us take a look at it!

We have really competitive rates and we will give an honest estimate of how long we think it will take.

As part of our printing service, any minor enhancements or cropping are free of charge.

This includes conversion to sepia and black and white and colour corrections.

Other Cool Stuff

With our creative digital expertise we are able to transform your pictures in many different ways.

We can change or get rid of the background, create a sketch from your photograph, or for something really unique let us popart your photograph.
