Peacefully surrounded with love and care, on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Bupa Windsor Park Care Home.

Loved wife of the late Jim Brown Owaka.

Born October 1st 1924, 98 (and a half) lovely years.

Cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother of Alister and Marilyn; Jared, Kelly, Bella, Zoe and Callum; Deanne and Jack, Harry, Lexi and Georgia Miller; Regan, Rebecca, Olivia and Sadie: Campbell and Dellys, Ben, Reuben: Marion and Colin Corbett; Julie, Simon, and Josh Wilson; Bevan, Jaimee and Nate; Toni, Matt, Amber, Grace and Jim Davies; Lynley and Tim Mitchell; Bridget, Luke, Connor, Gabrielle; and Steven and Willow.

Donations kindly accepted to the Bible Society.

A service to celebrate Gwen’s life, will be held at 1.30 pm, on Thursday June 8 at the Owaka Presbyterian Church, Main Road, Owaka.

Followed by a private burial at the Owaka Cemetery.
