John passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 18 November 2023.

Aged 93 years.

Dearly loved husband and best friend of Shirley for 66 years.

Treasured Dad and father in-law of Robyn and George Taylor, Roger and Jill Brown, Cara and Barry Stewart.

Loved Grandad of Hannah, Sophie, Joshua, Megan, Craig, Tim, Sam, Jackson, Sarah, and Ruby. Great Grandad of Hugo, and Ava. Brother of the late Hugh Brown.

A service to celebrate John’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, on Friday 24 November at 1.30pm.
