Passed peacefully after a courageous battle, on Monday 25th July 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

Dearly loved wife of the late John Baird.

Loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Andrew, Hamish and Tina.

Devoted, and beloved Oma to her Grandchildren, Alycia, Harrison, and Ruby-Jane.

Loved Daughter of Ron* and Jean* Simpson.

Loved sister of Lynley and Garry Nielsen (Australia), Margaret and Malcolm Wilson (Invercargill), Gael and Ian Sinclair (Gore), Donna DeRuyter and Steve Pearce (Australia).

Loved daughter-in-law of Andrew* and Joyce* Baird.

Loved sister-in-law of Jenny and Merv Halliday (Te Anau), Margaret and Ian Milne (Edendale), and Doreen Guild (Winton).

Cherished Aunty and friend to all her nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Rhonda’s life will be held in the Avenel Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Friday 29th July at 2 pm.
