Peacefully at Hospice Southland with family by his side on 19th March 2021.

Loved father and father in law of Cara and Sean.

Loved grandad of Jaymie-Lee, Payton, Ricki and Skylah, the late Ollie and the late Kruz.

A loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Loved brother of the late Tania, Joanne, Karina, Lee, Ngaire, Linda, Vicki, Tare.

Loved dad to Piper and Manu.

As per Tom`s wishes a private cremation will be held.
