Able is a community based service providing support, education, information and advocacy to enhance the ability of family/whanau to support a person who has a mental illness and/or addiction and to children or young people affected by a parent/siblings mental health and/or addiction. 

We offer a free, confidential and mobile service covering the Southland/Otago Region.
