Southland’s favourite festive celebration is back, and this year it’s bigger, brighter, and tastier than ever.

Xmas in the Park is a free, family-friendly event bringing together more than 2,000 locals and visitors for an unforgettable afternoon of music, markets, games, and Christmas cheer.

This year’s line-up is our biggest yet, with a huge range of food trucks serving up delicious kai from across the region, alongside community stalls and a vibrant marketplace proudly supporting Still Mums.

There’ll be plenty of games and activities for the kids, live entertainment to keep the festive spirit going all day, and of course, a special visit from Santa himself.

Bring a picnic rug or a comfy chair, gather your whānau, and make a day of it under the Southland summer sky. Xmas in the Park is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.
