Throbbin Wood, an adult pantomime that turns a legendary story on its head. The plot revolves around Throbbin Wood, who steals from the rich to give to the poor, and his band of Merry Men, who bring sexed-up banter and bright green tights to the stage. The Sheriff of Frottingham, with his villainous plans, is a central antagonist, while Throbbin Wood's dashing good looks and heroic deeds make him a favourite among the audience.

In the not-so-quaint village of Frottingham, the lascivious Sheriff plans to exploit the absence of King Dick to seize power and wealth. Enter Throbbin Wood and his band of Merry Men, who are determined to thwart the greedy Sheriff’s plans and restore justice. Watch as they navigate a series of uproarious scenarios filled with misadventures and mishaps, aiming to save Maid Marian and Frottingham from the clutches of tyranny.

Created by the ingenious Tom Whalley, this pantomime blends sharp wit, bawdy jokes, and a plot of medieval mischief, promising an evening full of laughter and lively entertainment. Don't miss out on this daring and hilariously twisted take on a classic tale!

Note: This production is suitable for adults only.
