After a four-year hiatus Southland now has music awards show again.

Rebooted and rebranded, the Southland Music Awards – managed by the Southland Musicians Club – will celebrate the valuable contributions of some of the best musicians we have to offer.

The event will be held at the Ascot Park Hotel on Thursday the 4th of July 2024.

Individual musicians will perform on the night for the overall title of Southland Musicians of the Year.

Expat Southlander and rising pop star Sam Cullen is the guest artist.
